There’s a 35″ H work surface. This unit has a storage base with sliding doors for neatly keeping your supplies close at hand. The stainless steel well, which has a 1″ drain, is 6″ D and built to snugly fit 4 pans. Locking casters create versatility by making your cold station both mobile for cleaning and stationary for allowing your guests to serve their plates.
